    new additions

well a few months back i rescued an adult dumerils boa. I was hooked... She has become my favorite snake of all time to handle. so active so heavy bodied but not insanely large. I feel comfortable handling her alone. sooooo. I had to get another. well I was offered 1.1 sub adults for the grand total of $150. I couldn't only bring one home. lol. they are about 4 foot long and 2.5 inches round at the thick part. I was told the male is 2 years old and the female is about 18 months. I had to jump through hoops to get caging together. I just posted a thread in the diy section about converting used aquariums into suitable temporary caging. any who i'll post a pic or two of the female. The male was being uncooperative so all i got was him in the cage.

and her are my latest pic ups that just cleared quarintine

I purchased the sunglow as a female and guess what he is definitely not. lol any way he is too cute and lovable to let go just because of a gender issue. the other one is a 2012 66% het albino male that i got at the same time but since the sunglow is male the het is now looking for a new home. the sunglow is a dec 2011 and I pick up is new gf next weekend at the cleveland show. Ive purchased a 2011 hypo arab from special K reptiles. soooo stoked to get her!!!!

I love seeing tim from special k at the shows. He is always enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and has quality animals! I got my sable female from him and soooo stoked to get my hypo Arab 66% het albino girl next Saturday.

That hydro farm in the first pic is controlling the radiant oil heater. I have no complaints with them there are way better ones on the market but for the price you can't beat

Winwizard.... Can't sell the sunglow but if you want the 66% het shoot me a pm ill give ya what I feel is one heck of a deal on him.

Just thought you'd enjoy seeing this picture - this is the coral sunglow arabesque I picked up from Tim at the Tinley expo in October. Those hypo arabesques he has I do believe are related to my girl! The one you are getting is a 2011 I think you said, and mine is a 2012, but I think there was a repeat breeding - if the ones you are referring to are the ones he has that are het albino. Cool!

Drool ! ! ! She is drop dead gorgeous! That is what I'm shooting for with my sunglow and my pick up from tim. Thanks for sharing! And yes its a 2011 I'm getting from him. I'm considering putting a deposit on a Moonglow from him while I'm there. Just gotta convince the wife that we really need one lol. Since we are sharing lol here's my wish list. Sunglow arabesque, snow Aztec. I know with my budget ill have to make them not just buy one.
