nope... well tail length is something you can look at but it is not certain at all. The only way to tell for sure is a probing by a professional. Popping the genitals can be very bad especially on a young snake so really the only certain way to tell is to have a vet probe. But you can guess based on tail length (though you probably won't be correct) hope this helps!!
Jonah is right because even my vet thought that Hissy was a male when he looked at her tale but then he probed her & found out that he was wrong, she is a she!
