Anyone selling one, or know of someone who is? I really want to start breeding next year (and I have two sizeable males) but no females that'll be big enough by then. I'm looking for a female that'll be ready to breed this coming-up season. Just wonderin' if anyone had a female they wanted to unload.

You may be able to find one from some of the big breeders who have lots of stock...but you'd probably pay. Breeder-sized females are way more expensive than juvies and babies. (Wish I had one to offer...not for the money, but because I like ya!!)

Thanks I was thinking of getting a subadult, not actually a fullsizer, because of the price issue. I'd actually love to adopt an unwanted one, but all the herp-adoption sites I've found so far are far away and do not offer shipping. Ah well, the hunt continues..

Watch the kingsnake.com boards, as there should be some folks looking to move breeding stock in order to upgrade to morphs.
