    rescue?

So I have a question...how do ya'll feel about getting a bp through a rescue? In general all my pets have been rescues and I have a heart for animals that need homes. I guess the down side is that it would be an adult snake (if that even is a down side) and that I might not know a whole lot about the background of the snake. What do you think? Is that something you would consider? This snake is in no way for breeding or profit...just for my daughter who is allergic to furry animals.

Nothing wrong with it at all. The only downside I can potentially see with taking in a rescue vs getting a baby from a breeder would be the increased risk of a sick or mishandled animal and any vet bills that you might encounter as a result. If you really have a soft spot for rescues, I definitely think you should do it!

If the snake is healthy and has a good temperament, then there's absolutely no problem with that.
