    Exclamation What is this? Post-Surgery

My snake had surgery on Saturday for an abscess on his nose. If you saw my other thread I posted before pictures there. I've been giving him shots and following instructions. All day today hes been really active. I looked at his nose and I see this coming out of the incision site...

Before it was just a bloody scab until today... its hard and doesn't come out when I touch it with a cotton swab, I'm assuming its puss from the infection. What should I do? My vet is closed until Saturday! Should I try getting it with tweezers or let it be? Any input is appreciated! She told me to call her back today with updates, but of course they are closed for the holiday until Saturday...

I'm not a vet so I can't give advice but if it was me, I would leave it alone until I could speak with my vet. I may try some diluted Betadine on a q tip if the wound is open.
