Help finding a post

A couple days ago I read a post about what some people use to prevent/eliminate mites. 1 of the responses was a insect repellant that came in small sheets that could be purchased at a home improvement store & cut to size. Anyone remember seeing this post? any help directing me in the right direction would be great.
