How quickly can he get the job done?

My male Yellow Belly will go into the female's cage and hide out with her for the first day. Then she ends up outside the hide on the second day. Is it possible he's getting the job done that fast? My Clown spends three days with a female with tails twisted in plain sight. I'm tempted to lift the hide next time to see what's going on with my Yellow Belly in there. I'd appreciate opinions....

    Yup! It is absolutely possible.

Years ago I paired up a couple bps and never saw them lock or anything close to it and trust me, I checked up a lot. I actually thought all the interruptions were the reason they never hooked up. I put my male with other females and was going to leave the female till the next year. Either he did the job or she retained sperm because she gave me eggs that season much to my pleasant surprise.

So is he? I don't know. Could he have? Yup!

Haha on my phone your picture shows just the bottom of your jaw so I was confused like I thought bearded lady for a couple mins lol then I noticed the orange in the shirt, I have a hard time picking out colors specially when it's a little bit of a color around a lot of a different kind, I'm not color blind just can't tell difference in colors easily specially shades of same color but with you it was I couldn't see the orange on your well we'll say chest until I actually looked at it.
