In the downloads section we have a section where two different formats of these forms can be downloaded actually. Meaning you have no work that needs doing, just input your data.

The snake journal and the feeding record templates should be what you're looking for.

i just use notepad. i have a thing that the beggining that says what the animal is, when i got it and how big (length, wiehgt) it was when i got it.

Ball Python - "name" -(id# if you want one)
    Aquired: 1/1/01
    Weight - 100g
    Length - 24in

    Aquired: 1/1/01
Feeding: 1/8 - Accepted: "food item"
    Feeding: 1/15 - accepeted
    Defecation: 1/22
Shed: 1/29 - "good, incomplete, bad"
    Feeding: 1/30 - accepeted
    Regurge: 1/31

that kinda thing. its easy and i can save them on my comp.
