Concern's about 2 of my eggs
I know I am probably making things worse by worrying and stuff. But I don't know of anyone in the area by me that has raise Ball Pythons. One of the baby Ball Python started sticking its head out of its egg yesterday morning. But it is still in its egg tonight. I added a little water to its egg, the water came from a water bottle that has been inside the incubator, because there was no fluid in its egg, that was late this morning. Tonight I did my normal check while getting ready to turn the lights off in the room with the snakes and checked on them once more. Only the one is still sticking its head out, but the other 2 show no signs of poking heads out yet, one of the other eggs was getting low on fluid so I added a little, but the veins by the area that I cut are greyish and yucky looking, I didn't cut the veins when I cut the eggs. There are still little veins by the baby but the baby doesn't really move when I touch the egg, and it is always upside down in the egg. I don't know if I should worry yet. The other egg still has fluid in it and has brighter veins, but there is no sign of the baby wanting to stick its head out. They all are fully developed and colored. I am wondering when should the little one sticking its head out come out of the egg? and When should the other 2 start sticking their heads out? The 2 still in the eggs fluid is clearish, but getting darker. I normally check on them in the morning and evening, But I did look in on them this afternoon as well. I know I am probably pestering them to much but I am worried and want to make sure they have fluid in their eggs and if things are looking ok or not. Does it make any difference that my incubator is completely dark when closed up? Thanks for any replies. The eggs are on day 60.

They can come out at different times depending on the temp they were incubated at. I'd say they should be coming out any day now. Just keep flushing the junk out of them and they should be fine. Just flush them out then leave them be. You can check on them later to see if any came out. What day did you cut them at and what temp were they incubated at?

They were incubated at mainly 88 degree's, with a little varience. And I cut on day 56. Thank you for the information

Just thought I might mention, they may need to be flushed daily until they come out. Just a thought.

Does flushing mean putting water into them until it replaces all of the old fluid? I have been adding water as needed, ut not completely rinsing the eggs out. They are still sitting in the eggs this morning.

Pics would help maybe next time you are checking you can snap a couple. What was the inside of the egg tub temperature wise during incubation? 88? or is 88 the temp inside the incubator?
It honestly sounds like you were incubating at a lower temperature than you thought.

The thermostat probe and 2 thermoter probes were inside the egg tub. They all read between 88-89 degrees the entire incubation. 1 egg has completly hatched and come out of the egg and is doing well. I will take pictures tonight when I check on them. This morning when I checked on them the flaps that were on the eggs from cutting looked nasty, like they started to mold so I took those off and flushed with a little water and left them alone. Both of their heads are right there just under the surface. I am hoping after 12 hours of being left alone they will pip their heads out.

All of our clutches that incubate and pip on their own have emerged within 2 days.
I'm letting more and more clutches pip on their own these days
I'm assuming the water you're adding is from the incubator and at the right temperature?
Pics of the eggs would help

I think next year I will wait for them to pip on their own, I got a little to excited this first time. Yes the water is from the incubator so it is the same temp as they are. I will snap a picture tonight when I check on them. I am hoping to see little heads out tonight since one had its nose right under the surface and the other had its head sideway to the surface. the first baby is in the rack on wet paper towels and is doing fine

Yes water from the incubator and no not replacing all of the albumin with water, just flushing the bacteria off of the top layer of the inside of the eggs.
