Possible Wine Cooler for Incubator Project

I've been looking for acheap/broken win cooler or mini fridge for an incubator project and was hoping to get some advice from someone that has been through the process. I found the following wine cooler being sold locally and was wondering if it would work for the project. Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated!
