    Probing issue

This is very important to me. Have any of you ever seen a large female ball probe to five sub caudal scales or more?

5 is definitely pushing it. I have personally never had a girl go over 4. I would imagine they are out there tho. Are you using the proper size probe for your snake?

My 3100 gram female probes 5 or 6 scales deep and she's a proven breeder.

It was settled and Corey and I had worked it out. It was going to cost us a little more than we had anticipated but we were going to come out of it as friends and chalked it up to a learning experience. But Corey was curious and had a couple of fellas with some experience to help him check and make sure that this probing wasn't some sort of anomaly. And one of his buddies thought she looked kind of big for a male and he decided to have her popped and lo and behold she had no hemipenis. She proved out to be female. And so now I can brag on my beautiful new pastel pickup who I will be breeding with my beautiful new pastel male I picked up from Tim Lane of Ballroom Pythons I'm so damn happy.
