    How can I help?

Please note this is not my animal, or any friend of mine. I recently came across someone who has a small albino Burmese(3-4 foot) that they are trying to re-home due to an up coming move. Sadly they are totally illegal to have here without permits, and such. I'm not happy that they knowingly purchased this animal, and are now trying to re-home it. I told them to call our local reptile shop who already has burms as education animals to see if they can help in any way, and look up any rescues. Does anyone know of a rescue that is capable of taking this animal in the upstate NY area? Any info is welcome.

That reptile shop that has burma is probably your best shot. It's stupid stuff like this that gets our hobby into so much trouble.

If you have facebook, join this group:
    https://www.facebook.com/groups/RochesterReptiles/

See if there is someone on there that is licensed that would be willing to help, I know there are a few burm owners on that page.

Thanks guys. She thinks the person she purchased it from will take it back. I'd rather she find a rescue or something though. I'll pass along the face book group you mentioned.
