Starting a breeding program - Need advise

Hi guys, I'm new in this forum.

I need advise as to what's the best morph(s) for me to start my project. I currently have a male Pastel and a female Super Lesser (BEL). I have access to the following morphs to start my breeding project next year:
    Pinstripe (male)
    Bumblebee (male)
    Mojave (male)
    Super Mojave (male)
    Woma (female)
    Spider (male/female)

If I can take any 2 of these, which ones are the best for me to get nice morphs?

Thanks in advanced for your replies.

It depends what you want to produce!

I would pair the BEL with the bumblebee. That would be a fun clutch.

As for the male pastel, your options are kind of limited. You could go the simple route and do pastel spider, or pastel to Woma if you did the woma look.

It all comes down to what you look forward to producing.

If it was me I would take the Super Mojo and pair to the Woma.

Thanks man, BEL with the Bumblebee sounds good. What are the possible resulting morphs of this?

Well since I'm starting, I currently don't have a target dream morph yet. So what I'm thinking is to have a good beginning morphs where I can build the genes progressively in terms of rarity.

I am not much of a fan of black and leaning towards nice light-colored morphs.

Looking forward to more ideas on the table.

I suggest you start with females that are the best representation of the morph you're interested in. If you don't know what morphs to get, hold off and look for some of your favorite stuff. You can think a certain combo is the bee's knees, but then see it with another gene added, and you'll wish you would have gotten a female 2 years ago lol.

I wish my spider boy was a spider girl . He's smokin and he's a good feeder. Don't buy any males yet. I suggest getting a mojave female, pastel (or bee female), and/or a recessive female. There's a bunch of recessive projects to choose from. Clown is my personal favorite. Lots of people love pieds. There's ghost, axanthic, albino, just to name a few of the more common ones. I'd get a clown girl.

Next year, when you've seen enough combos, you'll be able to pick up a powerhouse male to pair with your girls.

Honestly what I would do is check out world of pythons and see what tickles your fancy and go from there. I went on there and looked up the possibilities with what I had which is what brought me to pair my lesser male to my spider female.

id say pick up both the females, if you plan on breeding in the future you will always need those females and you would wish you got them

besides once there big enough to breed the prices on males morphs will have completely changed
    1.7 normal bp
    2.1 het pied bp
    1.0 pinstripe
    0.1 giant jungle carpet (Nagini)
    2.4 dinkers !

Re: Starting a breeding program - Need advise

Big thanks, I really appreciate the replies. Here's what I'm planning to get to complement my male Pastel and female Super Lesser (BEL):
    female Mojave
female Spider --> to cross with the male Pastel for Bumblebees
male Pinstripe --> planning to breed this with my Super Lesser

    What do you guys think?

I think that sounds good, but I would lean toward a double gene male. That is just my opinion though.

I think all of those would make good purchases though Especially just starting out.

Thanks man, I just have a personal liking on the Pinstripe. I will remember your advise when breeding time comes, Bumblebee x Super Lesser. There's a male Bumblebee available but I guess it would be too early to buy now.
