    Question purchasing question

If you purchase a reptile from a breeder on a cash deal and its not what they stated what repercussions can you do?

A bit more information would help, you don't have to give away any details but without knowing something it's hard to say a course of action.

like any purchase...return the animal and get you money back...

if you buy from some reputable you won't have any doubt...or anything to worry about.

The first thing to do is to contact the breeder if you bought from a reputable breeder and there is a problem they will fix the mistake (sometime honest mistakes happen)

Now if you do not buy from a reputable breeder and the person is unwilling to fix their mistake you can warn the rest of the community by posting on the BOI. In the case of theft you can press charges, and you can try to take the person to small claim court.

    Re: purchasing question

I just payed for my last one for the year the breeder is in my state but I would certainly return it if it wasn't what I ordered on the ticket.
But I agree with what people said if you bought from a reputable source they wont want to ruin there reputation.
