Just want to share my experience on a transaction with Rex Remigio...

As for service, he is prompt and polite. When asked questions, he is informative and helpful. Extremely easy to get in touch with via email, text, and call. Also willing to go above and beyond for his customers. To be specific, I was worried about the fact that the firefly was on f/t mice. However, Rex said that he was willing to hold onto the female and try to switch her to f/t rats FOR me.

Additionally, he is Fed Ex certified and provides tracking information ASAP. My firefly was guaranteed to arrive next day delivery before 10:30 AM. This would have been the case, except my boyfriend fell asleep and didn't answer the door. I notified Rex and he immediately contacted both my boyfriend and Fed Ex to ensure a successful delivery. She arrived safe and sound!

All in all, nothing but good things to say about him. I will surely come back to him for business. :-)
