new ball python

Hey I just bought my first baby ball python. I was told that anywhere between 3 days to 2 weeks I should not hold him, so he can get use to the environment, and so I don't stress him out. Well I wondering if there is anything I can do to help the snake adapt and be more comfortable in his new environment? I bought the snake 2 days ago, he's 20 inches long and I'm keeping him in a 10 gallon tank.

Just leave him and when you start holding g him keep it short and sweet.

Also remember.... Fish tanks are for FISH not Ball pythons.

Make sure that your husbandry is spot on, if it isn't it will take longer for your snake to settle in.
