Various crosses, what are some good ones?
Ok, to me there's like a gazillion threads and posts to look through so I'm starting my own here. I want to know some good morphs that produce even better morphs.
I already know some like:
Mojave x Mojave = Super Mojave
Spider x Super Pastel = Killerbee
I heard that a Hypo Mojave can make a Super Hypo Mojave, I assume I would just cross a HM x HM to = a SHM?
Random question, what would a Mojave x Hypo Mojave produce?
Is there any morphs, that if you cross with an albino you'd get that morph's "albinoism". Or would they always be separate and wouldn't mix?
What other good morphs are out there that would produce anything light colored, particularly in the BEL category?
Thanks.

Mojave x Hypo Mojave would produce
1/4 Normal 100% het for hypo (hypo is recessive)
1/2 Mojave 100% het ghost
1/4 BEL 100% het hypo
Read this thread, it should clear some things up (like what you are asking about albinos)
http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...Basic-Genetics
And checkout this site, it has a list of nearly all of the morphs/combinations produced so far and has a genetics calculator
Morph list: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/
Genetics calculator: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/wizard/
Breeding a spider with a super pastel will not produce killer bees, it will produce
1/2 pastels
1/2 bumble bees
To produce a killerbee you have to breed a bumble bee to a pastel. (which will have a 1/8th chance per egg of producing a killerbee (aka a super pastel spider)

Thanks, I had a feeling something was off with the killerbee one... I read that from a site, I guess they were off a bit.

A killerbee is a Super Pastel Spider, but a super pastel (which is produced by breeding 2 pastels together) can only transfer 1 pastel gene at a time. This means that it takes 2 steps to make a killer bee (spider x pastel then Bee x pastel)
