Brachypelma vagans (Mexican Red-Rump) HELP PLEASE!

I'm thinking about getting a Brachypelma vagans (Mexican Red-Rump) but I wanted to ask a few questions:

1- aggressiveness on a 1-10 scale (10 being the aggressiveness of an African\Asian species)

2 - are these fast growers or are they slow like the Chilean rose hair?

3 - are these pet holes like the cobalt blue?

4 - do they eat a lot? Do they randomly go off of food?

5 - are these hardy tarantulas like H macs or are they sensitive like the Avics?

6 - how long can a juvenile live in a critter keeper?

7 - can I use Eco earth by its self for the substrate? or what do I need to add and does petco sell it?

8- are they easy to breed?

thanks in advance for all help given!

    1. 1-2 for defensiveness. They are hair kickers more than anything
    2. Fast
    3. No. They like their burrows, but come out often
    4. Good feeders
    5. Hardy
    6. Depends on the size of the critter keeper
    7. Yes. Maybe add cork bark half tube for a burrow. and a water dish (which will get buried anyway)
    8. Yes

If you keep old worlds already, B. vagans is a breeze to keep.
