Is this even a discussion? Black pastels are 1000000000000000x better than cinnies! but i will give cinnies credit, they make some nice combos compared to a black pastel, but over all Black pastels all the way

i wanted to see how fast someone called me out. I was ready to bet my life itd be doolittle or andy hahaha.
