Inkubator help/ideas

So it seems like glass door refrigerators or mini fridge size wine coolers are non existant in my area except new, and then they are stupid expensive. I dont need a new one for an inkubator. Other normal mini fridges can be found, but they are normal. Any ideas on what to do so I can see through a normal fridge would be great! Thank you!

If you're handy you could take a regular minifridge and add a window to the door (cut a hole then glue/screw in a piece of polycarbionate)

Thats sort of what I was thinking, Im just afraid of it looking ghetto... lol... Has anyone done this? Picture or a writeup? What about a totally self made inkubator? I saw someone on here that did one I think. I wonder cost wise, because old mini fridges are cheap...

You can find good instructions on how to modify a computer case to add a window on the internet, the basic principals would be the same... Cut a hole in the door, then screw/glue/rivet the window to the inside of the door. As long as you make the cuts nice and square it should look great.

You can take the door completely off the fridge/mini-fridge and mount hinges on a piece of plexi-glass so that you have a see through door.
Add a self adhesive handle on the outside of the plexi-glass so it's easy to open and close.
Then add self adhesive foam strips around the plexiglass so that when the plexi-door is shut it seals nicely...
