Ok, after my blunder of a night, I went and got some horticultural perlite and took my eggs out of the egg box with water and put in the perlite, I had it really wet, so I put the egg crate on top and than replaced the eggs on top of the egg crate. I tried to candle the eggs, 2 of them looked pink, but the 3rd was hard to tell. It looked pink on a corner, but the rest looked yellowish. I did not have a flash light, but used the flash light app on my phone, so I don't know for sure how well it would work to candle with. The incubator sits between 87 - 90 degrees, but seems to be sitting at around 88 degrees most of the time. Does everything sound ok with the set up?

With the mom I washed out her tub and put down fresh paper and put her back. I offered her a small rat, which she seemed interested in until it walked on her, so I took it out after a bit and put in a big fat rat fuzzy/hopper and left it. She still refused to eat it. I figured I would wait a couple of days and offer again. How long does it normally take for the mom to start eating again? Thank you guys for all the help.
