    Tank temps ok?

    I have a 100wt and 75wt on the hot side and no uth is this sufficient probs in the bottom of tank on hot side

    How big is the tank, how cold is the room, and what type of bulbs are you using? (regular household light bulbs, heat bulbs, other?)

    If you aren't using a UTH then I would move the thermometer probe closer to the surface of the substrate

    30 gal tank and im using the red heat bulds how far under the substance should i place the probe

    I would put it just under the surface.

    I agree put your probe on the surface right under the hide that way you know the temp where your bp is laying.
