    Question Hi there

So glad I found your site. I have been looking for one like this. I have a 5 yr old RTB and was wondering what the weight should be on it. I have not had it sexed however we think he is a he. He looks great! Friendly, healthy and all around great. I think he may be slightly underweight but on sure. He is almost six feet long. Just looking for guidelines. I got him at 2.3 years as a rescue and can't take him to a vet as he is a prohibited breed and size in my area. I love him to death so looking for an idea for weight as if he is off I have to drive 6 hours to a vet to an allowed area. He is eating Jumbo rats but he is not exactly round, he kinda of sinks in his back but for sure not skinny. Active touch always flicking, loves his baths and to climb on us and lives his enclosure. Please let me know what you think. Thank you

    Got any pics?

Boa size varies a lot by sex, genetics, locality, and upbringing (ie how it was fed when it was younger to now). I don't think I can put a weight on what he/she should be as there's too many factors. If you post a pic we can tell if he looks like a healthy weight or not. How often are you feeding the jumbo rats?
