If you have an actual business set up for breeding then I'm sure that you could get coverage for your snakes. I'm not sure if you could or couldn't if you didn't have a business set up.

Heres the deal. You can literally insure anything. Seriously. Actors insure parts of their bodies, like J-Lo and her butt.
Hand actors insure their hands so should anything happen to them that would effectively end their career immediately can get money to support them.
You just gotta find someone willing to do it. There are places that do Pet Insurance. I would start there.

This topic was mentioned some time ago (year or so ago if memory serves me correctly) and I think it was Robin of Ship-Your-Reptiles/Pro Exotics fame that mentioned the company their facility and animals were insured with. I'm not positive but I think it was Travelers Insurance? My wife has insurance on her dog but I haven't looked into it as far as my snakes...one of those things I always mean to do and then just never have. Thanks for bringing it up, I'm going to bite the bullet and find out what it runs and who provides it; I'll let you know what I find.

I'm sure that someone does but it is probably very expensive because of the lack of knowledge most people have about snakes.

Did some googling and found this.

I guess you have to call to inquire about a plan. I believe that this covers only vet bills, not death, which is what I would want covered. I think that covering the animal against loss would be more important to me that getting help for vet bills, especially since another website that I looked at said that they would only pay their 90% of expenses after you paid your $100 annual cap to a vet.
