Hi, I have had my beautiful B.P, Medusa for just 3 weeks now. She eats great and loves having a bit of freedom on an evening with me. I have only had corns before so a couple of things have come to my attention that I am curious about. Firstly, eventhough I handle her when permitted in between feeds, I let my son feed her and also gets her out at the right times so she could get used to him too. He is more than capable of handling her, he is studying genetics in corn snakes and helps out at a friends reptile show as many times as possible. However, I get her out and she is fine, he gets her out and eventhough she is ok once out, she hisses at him. I can go to her viv and she is quiet but it is getting more regular he gets an initial hiss. She has never struck out but concerned, can this be sorted before she strikes?

Also, how often do B.P.s poop?!! Still waiting for her 1st and eating like a trooper!

Finally, if you don't mind, she is very inquisitive and likes to lift her head and body quite high and stays still for quite a while. Also, if she goes along my neck, it is almost like she is tapping over my collar bone with her face to check me out. Like I said, she loves being out, she seems quite confident in herself going all over, just not used to her characteristics.

Any advice would be fantastic! Thanking you!
