New baby

ok, so i posted on here a lil over a week ago looking for a baby normal ball. Well, i found one right in my town and picked him up on monday evening.

He seems to have settled in alright but for the past two days and nights he has been outside the hide, on the cool side of tank jus chillin....not movin much....is this normal? i contacted the guy i got him off of and he says he seems fine but wanted to double check...kinda like a second opinion.

the snake came from a person that used totes and i have him in a tank setting...first two days he was in the hide on the hot side during the day, n roaming around all night....now he's on the cold side...

any input would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Seems fine. What are your temps?

picture of your set up will help us in giving help along with more information on temps on both cool and hot side, humidity, where the hides are, how old, last time he ate, etc...

i don't have any pics of the whole setup...but there is a hide on each the hot and cold side....water in middle....heat (one day/ one black night) on one side...temp on hot side is around 90 basking area...not positive on cool side....humidity is low right now at 45%...workin on gettin it up.....he's around 3-4 months old...ate lil over a week ago before i got him which was monday...was gonna try feedin tom night after given him time to adjust.

yeah....had him out a few min's today to start gettin used to me....wasn't balled up at all....movin around....so think all is gonna go well....
