gecko ID and care help needed please :)

Hello, my friend lives in Ohio and her neighbour returned from Florida and found a gecko stowaway in her car. My friend has fostered many animals and ran a shelter but has never had a gecko. As she won't be going to Florida for a few months to release him she needs an ID of this little guy so we can find some care sheets and she can look after him for a while. As she has fostered before she has tanks, aquariums, UTH, thermostat etc..
As I'm not from the US I have no idea what kind he is and any help and advice will be gladly appreciated. I hope the photo is ok, she emailed me and I put it on photobucket with my phone
Thanks everyone

Looks like an anole, can you get a better picture?
Actually, I'm almost certain that's a brown anole.
Here is a caresheet.

Old thread, I know, but that is definitely a brown anole. A young female by the looks of it (female brown anoles have the diamond shaped pattern on their backs while males have a more random "splotchy" pattern)
