    Babies eating : )

So before I go to sleep here is an update on my first clutch. For those that don't know, I bred a YB to a Normal and got 2.2 normals and .1 yellowbelly. They hatched out the 10th-12th and the last little guy shed on the 22nd. So today was my first attempt at feeding. 3 of 5 ate! : ) Both normal boys and the first hatched girl ate for me, the second normal girl was very interested but never went for it, my yellowbelly was not interested at all yet. Silly boy #4 wouldn't eat until I dangled it for him, then it was gone!

Hmm, I'm seeing a theme here. 1, 4 and 5 ate again. They knew exactly what to do with the little fuzzy intruder. 2 and 3 still arn't sure what to do though. I took the hopper mice back out to mom and grabbed a pair of fuzzies to leave in overnight, hopefully they can figure that out by morning.

No luck on the overnight fuzzies, back out to mom they go. Will try again on the 4th. By then 1, 4 and 5 will be on their third meal and ready to go = ). Still debating on letting 1 go though.
