Poll: Senior/Geriatric Ball Pythons: How old is your oldest BP?
I always hear that ball pythons can live for 10-20 years...but I have yet to see a 20 year old ball python. How old are/were your oldest snakes, and say a bit about the husbandry of your senior pythons. Do they require special care? Slow down over time? Take longer naps? Gum their food? Etc., etc.

My friends had a BP for 16 years, then gave her to me last summer - she turned 17 sometime in June. She's occasionally seen slithering at a snails pace, but other than being slow and calm, she shows no signs of age

One of my old science teachers had a male normal that he claimed was 20 years old. Biggest male I ever saw, and the best temperament to boot!
