More Beardie questions -- battle of the sexes!

Are there any marked differences between male and female beardies?
If we only had one, is one sex easier to raise or get along with than the other?
If a female doesn't ever have a mate, will she still lay eggs and/or have the risk of becoming egg-bound?

Well, it usually takes a few months before the Beardies are sexable. There is not a real big difference besides the males are slightly larger and have bigger beards. Both sexes are the same care-wise. And as far as I know, a female will not lay eggs without copluation.
