Can I feed my Ball Python in side his enclosure

Iv read you can and the your not supposed to so what are your guys thoughts?

You can and should feed in the enclosure. This won't cause cage aggression. I feed all of my snakes in their own enclosure without any ill effect.

Removing a snake from their enclosure to feed in a separate container can cause unnecessary stress. Plus you have a higher chance at getting bit because the snake may still be in hunting mood when you try and put it back into the enclosure.

Well should i put something under her so should she doesnt swallow the substrate?

Ball pythons are from africa the live in dirt. A little substrate being swallowed wont hurt.
I mean think about it thet can digest bones

Everyone gets feed in their enclosure even one of mine on cypress(everyone else is in unprinted newspaper), better feeding response IMO when fed in cage. If your worried about ingestion of substrate put a paper towel down before feeding.

I've recently switched from feeding my animals in a separate enclosure to feeding them in their own enclosure. I haven't noticed any cage aggression at all so far.

I used to use Cypress substrate in my enclosures to help with humidity, but recently switched to newspaper for most just to avoid the possibility of them swallowing any (read some scary stuff about paper towels beings swallowed by mistake, so I ruled them out.) I actually just bought some Scott's Postal Wrapping Paper to try as substrate because I hate the look/smell of newspaper and ink that rubs onto animals. Seems to be working great so far and I can cut it to size pretty easily.

Yes! Feed in enclosure. Bps do not show cage aggression. They tend to eat WAY better when in their home environment, stress and chance of bites are greatly reduced. As far as a little substrate goes, meh, they digest bones- no worries.
