    What is a specter

    I seen pic of a specter but with my untrained eye i just see a normal, how do you tell if it is a specter and what do they make when you breed them?

    I'm not super familiar with specters so I don't know how to spot one but I know when breed to a yellowbelly they can produce a super stripe.
