mine will only wonder around its cage at night(most of the time) and after i handle and when anything around it changes even something simple like changing the location of the water dish of changing what i put on the bottom of its living space or changing something obvious in my room. They are very curious animals in my experience.

Congrats on your new BP. Thus far my BP "Plissken" only comes out at night, and if you turn the lights on when hes out he goes in a hide after a little while. Yep they all seem to have there own personalities. Just make sure he has comfy places to go (proper temps. and secure hiding spots). Im sure he'll hit the sack soon.

ya well i have read that most ppls bp's stay in there hide but right now mine has his head and about 3 inchs of his body sticking out and im glad hes doing that cuz it shows that hes not that scared any more but im still not going 2 handle him for a few weeks tho even if i know hes acumulated 2 his cage i would just rather be on the safe side altho it is realy tempting

Good for you for giving him time to settle in. It'll be better for your relationship in the long run.
