Ball Python eggs with no mate

My Ball laid 5 eggs the other day out of no where. I have had her since she was a baby and she has never been with a male. She is about 15 years old. She had been acting off the last month or so, being more agressive, active and not eating. Then next thing I know there are eggs in her tank. Ohh and I thought I had a male so the doctor said. 4 of the eggs are brown so I know they are "slugs" but there is one white one and she is guarding them with her life. My question is should I just leave her alone with them for the 60 days or so or should I try and remove them? Any advice is appreciated

Wow. I find it odd that she laid eggs but interesting too. Hmm. Sorry I won't be much help though. I personally would leave her alone for awhile but I have no clutch experience yet.

Maybe she thinks she's a chicken? Fry them for breakfast!!!!

Seriously though, try candling them and see if they have veins. If you get babies I totally call dibs on buying a Jesus snake.

Well, you should definitely rename her Mary. Can you snap a picture of the clutch?

    This isn't unheard of.
    It does happen.
The one egg may be fertile and it will just be a complete copy of herself.
Its happened before on this forum too.
I do t really remember if its a Asexual copy of the mother or if it will look different from mom but I know it does happen.
Cheers and hope its fertile. If it is I'd take it out and incubate it.

I will try and get a picture, she does not ever leave it alone, and I do not want to disturb her. My husband got one the other day but it is foggy I will post this afternoon anyway.
