    Big supplies

Where do you find everything you need for your snake? I'm having a hard time finding anything big enough for my boa (and iguanas). (Waterbowls, things to climb on, hides)

Cat litter pans can be used for water and hides. Or customer make them.

Reptile basics make hides big enough for adult female boas, and and dog bowl works just as well for reptiles. As DrDooLittle said, you can always make stuff yourself. Bus tubs and cat litter bans can make great hides or water bowls. Creativity and resourcefulness are a reptile owners best friends haha. A few of my friends even use 10 and 5 gallon tanks as water bowls in their big cages.

The Dumeril's has a cardboard box with a hole cut in the side. She's unfolded the top flaps though, and likes to curl up her body inside the box, and rest her head up through the flaps and on the top

I got a reptile waterbowl from the store that's more than big enough for a boa. She can't lay in it or anything, but it holds a lot of water. And I use cardboard box tops (the kind that printer paper comes in) for hides. Whenever she flattens one too much or gets it dirty, I just throw it out and get a new one.

Along with all of the previous suggestions... I highly suggest NOT getting the substrate from a store that has snakes. We kept getting reinfested with mites because of this. Stores really struggle with mites once they get in. SO we buy our aspen from our grocery store.

We found our feeding forceps and laser thermometer at a tool store.

Water Bowls can be found at places like Walmart. Dog and cat bowls work well. You don't need something large enough for them to soak in.

Amazon.com carries large reptile hides as well as most any care needs you may need cheaper than you'll find them locally BUT don't buy uth's from there. I got our ultratherms from reptile basics.
