I have been reading everyone's post about their bp's and how they act and react to things and I think I have a strange little fella.
Example- I have had him since Dec. and I handle him and let him out to explore which the exploring he seems to love but the handling not so much.
He won't stay in my hands or wrap around he prefers to be on the "run" so to speak. He is always stretch out and on the move. He never tries to wrap around my arm or hand or explore the person.
One time he did take adventure up in my son's shirt.

Plus he will come out of his hide and just stare me down sometimes, really creepy sometimes

Does anyone else experience this type of behavior from their bp's
or I am just stressing out?

Mine was like that when i first got Jojo. Now he loves to be handled he comes out of his hide when he knows i am checking in on him. My new BP probably just tolerates being handled and doesnt particularly like it. I have only had him for a couple of weeks and has his own 20 gallon long tank. Just remember to support his whole body if you can because they are probibly scared of falling. They dont have arms to catch them selves. Just give it time if he is new only take him out for cleanings and feedings with maybe 5 minutes sessions in the evening not during the daytimes since they are nocturnal animals. Your BP will come around and will love to be handled.
    Thanks,
    Damien
