It could be but with no papers who knows. Did you purchase him from a reputable breeder that had super paint or any other paint combos?
Paints are one of those subtle morphs that are very hard to pick out. I am not very familiar with them. If it were my snake I would treat it as a normal until proven otherwise.

Try getting better pictures, in natural light, of the head, side, top, and belly. That lighting is really skewing the snake's color, and the pics are a little blurry. This will help in identification (for someone with more experience with paints than myself). The reputation of the breeder you got it from is going to come into play, too, along with the price you paid.

breeder was a friend of a friend who I don't have reason not to trust, he had purchased the snake from another friend.
Confirmation was given from breeding circle that it was a paintball but I am somewhat skeptical since it looks so much like a normal.
