What to use to clean glass

Usually just use chrlohexidine for all my cleaning needs, but it leaves the glass spotty. I also just got a new bigger tank. What's the best thing to clean glass with so it doesn't look like crap? Is it OK to use windex if I let it air out really good? Or would I need to rinse with water, which is just going to spot up too. Maybe there is no good alternative and I'll just have to live with spots.

I use windex and let it air out until the smell is gone. It usually dries up and dissipates quickly.

This is going to sound like a broken record but windex actually makes an environmentally safe vinager solution windex that works quite well.
