    Paradox Het Ultramel? Ideas?

This little guy hatched today from an Ultramel x Calico clutch. I'm inclined to think this is just a paradox. Calicos seem to be more predisposed to paradox, though I wasn't aware of an increased incidence in the non-calico sibs. This one looks like the Ultramel is peeking through. I've hatched a few Ultramel hets now, but this is the first one like this. Anyone else seen this in their clutches?

I'm bummed it's a male because I'm tight with space and don't want to hang on to just a cool looking het male. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Looks like it's a "ringer" but for the ultramel gene. Pretty sweet .
