    Inbreeding.

    Is it okay to do? And if it is how many generations is it okay to go down until?

    Inbreeding or line breeding is fine in reptiles as long it isn't done too extensively.
    I would say a few generations would be safe. But I wouldn't do more than that.

    Reptiles don't show the same negative effects as mammalian inbreeding.
