I've never dealt with them directly and don't know of anyone that has. This is all I was able to find on the Fauna BOI, so take it for what you will. What are you looking to buy from them if you don't mind me asking?

I recently purchased a female spider & male pastel from William and I buy my feeders from him. He's been great to work with. You can see the spider & pastel here, though the picture of the pastel isn't great.

I did not make a purchase, but came very close to making one with William last week on a beautiful striped lesser. He was very fast to respond and very professional in his emails. From the research I did on Fauna, it seems like almost entirely positive experiences with him.

I didn't do business with him, but I felt confident in doing so when I was about to.
