    just my luck(rant kinda)

So today is sunday aka my feeding day. i worked 19 hrs yesterday so today i planned to do a photoshoot with my new light box and get some pics of my new additions as a nice relaxing day. i forgot to check the snakes in the am before i started to defrost the rats. went out for a few hours and got home since the gf had to leave for work at 3. After she leaves i start to clean and sterilize all the tubs like i do every sunday. I find out my new pied male is in shed, my new pinstripe female is in shed. so there goes the new photo shoot day. after all tubs are cleaned, its time to start doing feedings since no photo shoot today. i offer the pied male his food even know he's in shed, he doesn't eat. i offer my new pin her mouse she eats(seems like a good feeder). feed my PH female she eats like always, same with the black pastel male. now its on to the two females i hope to breed in the winter of 13.(2013/2014 season), my albino who is usually my best feeder has been on a weird feeding schedule as of the last 5 weeks she will eat one week, skip the next then feed again. but her feeding habits have changed she usually is the strongest feeder, now she likes when i just leave the rat in the tub, and this week she did not want to feed. now on to the pastel lesser female she has a very good feeding response, last week she took 2 weaned rats, so this time i tried to offer her a small rat(she's 538 grams), no interest at all, then tried a weaned same thing. maybe she is still full from last week but who knows.
Don't these ball pythons know that by them going into shed, on days we plan on taking pictures of them, and them going off feed when we are trying to get them to breeding size causes a lot of stress!!!!
    ok rant over sorry.

I think the small rat may have been a bit to big for her. By her weight stick her with weaned.

But yea all my animals like to be in shed whenever I try to get pics or try to show them off.

its crazy, when i got her the breeder told me she use to be a bad feeder and would only eat the smallest meals(she was a 09 and 238 grams in nov 2011). if he saw her now he would not believe his eyes how amazing her feeding response is. She's over 1600 grams now

Similar thing happened to me this weekend. I wanted to take some pics with the snakes and 3 of them had stuck shed. As I was trying to soak and remove some of the stuck shed off the first snake, she dumped the soaking tub all over my lap.. Thanks snake, thanks a lot.

So instead of taking some nice pictures, I got a bucket full of water with stuck shed floating in it dumped all over my lap. And I had to clean up 3 massive turds. Gross!
