    Decisions, decisions....

I have a female pastel pos het pied that I will be breeding this coming season and I have a male pied who I could breed to her and originally that was my plan but I am torn between pairing her with my spinnerblast instead and then next year maybe trying to prove her out. I really like the idea of all the possibilities of the spinnerblast x pastel pairing but then if she proved to be het pied I would crap my pants. Just thought I would ask what you guys think I should do. The curiosity of her being het pied is very tempting but just wanted an outside opinion!

    Thanks!

Good night Chesty, wherever you are....

I'm in the same pickle. I was told to prove out the het .

I decided to go forward with my plan . I would suggest to stick to your plan as well. Pastel pieds are hawt also! And their combo potential is awesome !!

If it were me I would try to prove her out only because I would be curious and wouldn't be able to wait another year.

Yeah it would super cool to produce a pastel pied and I am just so curious to see if she is het pied!!!

I am leaning more towards sticking with the game plan because I am eager to prove her out but I will be pairing my spinnerblast with a couple normals so I guess in a way its a bit redundant to do a spinnerblast to pastel although I have a chance at producing some superpastel morphs with it... But the thought of producing a superblast or killer spin is tempting too! I would love a superpastel in my collection...

Anyone i`ve ever asked always said to prove out hets as soon as possible ... then you can play with them with other pairings.
