    nor cal rubbers ?

hey everyone i was just reading the latest issue of reptiles magazine, more specifically the rubber boa issue and i look over at my cute lil rubber boa and think, who knew you were so elusive? and i was wondering if any nor cal locals have any good spots to see rubber boas i would like to plan a trip to where ever they are and go camping i plan to take a trip up to big trees soon.

    any advice???

    Re: nor cal rubbers ?

I have had good luck finding them in Santa Cruz, in the northern part of the UCSC campus. On one day I found an adult and 2 neonate size ones! I have found them where forest meets fields, under plywood sheets, and in the bark of decomposing trees.
