Since my friends in real life don't care, and are tired of me bringing up my snakes...(lol)

I figured I would share on here, since we all love our reptiles.

My ball python who I have had for 3 weeks now has successfully ate on both feedings. This is the ball python that I got from Petsmart. The first time I fed him, it was pinkie (by Petsmart instructions...doh!). Then you guys enlightened me that he can/should be eating a larger meal. The second time he attacked the thawed out mouse within seconds -- probably because he was starving from that tiny pinkie. Today, (his 3rd feeding...) he didn't show much interest until I grabbed it by it's tail and dangled it around in front of his face. Then....BAM! He hit it in the air, wrapped around it, Game over.

My Brazilian baby boa had her first feeding today. She's longer than my ball python (not by much..), but much thinner (Got her from LLL; so legit..) I wanted to feed her a frozen mouse like I do Sam, but compared it to her largest part of her body, and it was bigger than what I would have felt comfortable giving her. So it took her about 15 minutes of exploring the plastic feeding tub, but she finally ate the pinkie. I put two in there in case, but she had no interest in the 2nd one. I left her in the tub long enough, and could tell she wanted to get out and back in her home.

Just glad she ate; and that my Python continues to have a healthy appetite.
