Shipping snake! Some quick advice please!

Hi everyone! I'm shipping out my ball python tomorrow (I'm moving), and I just need a bit of quick advice.
I got a shipping kit from shipyourreptiles.com, and I'm debating on whether to use a cloth bag or the plastic cup. IDK...the cloth bag just seems uncomfortable imo, but do most people prefer them over the cups? Pros/Cons?
Also, I'm currently living in Seattle, the last place in the USA not getting a heat-wave (lol, 60degree weather), but I'm shipping my BP to Maine. Should I include a heat pack? I punched six holes into the box for ventilation, but will the heat pack be necessary also? I've never shipping a snake before, so I'm not sure how hot/cold they will be. :/

    Thank you for the help!

New question! (I can't figure out how to edit my original post)

I was reading through shipyourreptile's packing/shipping instructions and came across this step: "Label your package in accordance with the federal Lacey Act
You are required to mark the outside of the package as "wildlife" and have itemized paperwork (i.e. customer receipt) inside the top flap with more species information and quantities available for easy reference.

I get marking the outside of the package as wildlife (and putting the "Live Reptile" sheet inside the box that they provided) , but what do I put for itemized paperwork? This is my BP and I'm shipping her to myself as I'm moving. Also the link to the Lacey Act doesn't work for me.

I would just use a bag they allow more movement and will absorb some liquid if the snake pees during shipping.

Check out this video on shipping:

I prefer to use bags for Ball pythons. If you have multiple babies, or smaller species like Corns, delis can provide more structural protection, but for a single specimen, a bag works great.

"Paperwork" is still technically required for the shipment, and for non-commercial shipments, a simple packing list works fine. This can be included under the top box flap, or in an external packing list/invoice envelope.

What inspectors are looking for is confirmation on the contents of the box, species and quantity. You don't have to list value, or "sales price", just what kind of reptile, and how many.
