Warped shelf fix for AP rack

In my 3 tub black AP rack, the 41 qt tubs slide fine in two section, but barely slide at all in one. In looking inside one of the shelves appears warped.

    Any suggestions?

I have what I think is an AP rack (not sure third hand) and it is a welded body (plastic welding) but the shelves and back are screwed in and with the back off they can be removed. If your rack is like this you could remove the offender and flip it (after bending it back to shape manually.)
