I posted this a few years ago, but still haven't found a good home.
I have a 12-ish year old normal male BP that was purchased as a CB hatchling. He eats prekilled gerbils or ASFs, and like a typical BP goes on hunger strike from fall to late spring. He ate his first meal late May since starting his winter fast, he refused a meal a week ago, and I'll try again this weekend. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body, and overall is a great snake. He has been a very cool "pet" but I now have a family and my priorities have changed.
He is in very good health and comes with all of his caging and accessories. I want him to go to an experienced BP keeper who would keep him in their collection for the duration of the snake's life and not sell him or anything like that. You'd have to pick him up from me in the Chicago suburbs. I will NOT put this snake on a plane or ship it.
Please send me a little bit about your reptile collection and pics of your animals. I'm not looking for money...I'm looking for a good home.
