Yes it was, nice sight in one day, with all the raccoons and possums around here I was wondering if I would ever see some snakes, well I did

Is this one of those times when a single type of snake is known by several different names? Or maybe a locality thing? Down here we've been calling those Eastern Racers (not to be confused with Eastern Indigos) since I was a kid...Was I taught wrong in my youth?

Cool snake
I wish I lived over there, all we have over here are garter snakes. I'm not saying they're bad or anything, but, I'd like to see a variety.

I am just glad to see snakes in my back yard, and lizards, possums, raccoon etc.....not something you see where I come from so it makes me enjoy it even more.
