I haven't ordered mice, but I like the rats from rodentpro.com.

I have ordered from Rodent Pro and Mice Direct, and highly recommend both.

I have ordered from RodentPro and have no complaints. However, I'm looking very strongly at switching to BigCheese or another seller who vacuum packs the rodents. The shelf life is a lot longer packaged in a vacuum.

Check out Layne Labs as well. They have very high-quality rodents, with tails and feet tucked against the body so you don't have to worry about having broken or missing limbs/tails. They also don't pressure you to fill up a box like RodentPro does and offers feeders in smaller quantities. I've only checked out RodentPro and they generally offer nothing in quantity smaller than 50 or 100 to a bag. You can get as few as 10 feeders of any size from Layne Labs, from pinky mice to jumbo rats. I think they're also USDA certified because they provide feeders to sanctuaries and zoos and things. I'm going to be ordering from them very soon, I think.
Black Pewter het Hypo Vestris; Black Pastel Enchi Zamira; Black Pastel Cheryn; Hypo Enchi Sofia; Lesser Pastel Eren; Super Mojave ???; Piebald Mako; Fire Vin; Pastel Estelle; Spider Hanji, Ezri; Normal Angelina, John, Aradia; Mojave Joe; Anerythreustic Kenyan Sand Boa ???; German Shepherd Dog Atticus; Rats Snowman, Colette, Calliope, Eliza, ???, ???

Another thing to try is Craigslist. I was able to find someone who breeds rats locally and ended up with 6 months worth of rats for 1/3 of the cost of going online. If you don't see any ads posted, put an ad out there that you are looking for a supplier. It's worth a shot.

Rodent Pro, Layne Labs and Big Cheese are all great. I've purchased from both Rodent Pro and Big Cheese numerous times with no complaints.

THIS is your best option, IMO. Nothing like having a local breeder handy. I would try this first and if it falls through, any of the above mentioned big name breeders will work.

I've used MiceDirect before and was so so with them. I did email them a few days before my order shipped and was able to add to my order which was great. They called me several times trying to get in contact with me so I could add to my order. I ordered mice fuzzies and they were pretty darn gross. There was a lot of bedding material and feces in the bag with the mice. In my order I had 50 Rat Pups, 100 Mouse Fuzzies, 100 hoppers and 10 large rats. All the others were not bad, there were a few limbs lost when I separated out the bags but none were as bad as the fuzzies. My only other complaint besides the fuzzies is their hoppers and fuzzies are pretty similar in size.
I have picked up mice from the reptile shoes, FeederSource. They are nice quality and were easy to work with at the show. He was able to sell me a smaller pack of mice pinkies than the 25 pack he was selling them in standard.
